Terms of Service
Welcome to Brainy Toys. By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please take a moment to read through them.
About Us
Brainy Toys (brainytoys.com.pk) sells screen-free, Montessori-inspired educational toys for children, with nationwide delivery across Pakistan on a Cash on Delivery basis.
Orders
When you place an order with us, you're making an offer to purchase the item(s) in your cart. We'll confirm your order by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp before it's dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order, for example if:
- An item is out of stock or unavailable after your order is placed
- We're unable to verify or reach you to confirm the order
- We suspect fraudulent or abusive ordering activity
If we cancel a confirmed order for any reason on our end, we'll let you know and no payment will be collected, since payment is only taken at delivery.
Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Occasionally, a product may be mispriced due to a technical or human error; if this happens, we'll contact you before processing the order to confirm the correct price or offer to cancel it.
Payment
We currently accept payment via Cash on Delivery only. Payment is collected by our courier partner at the time your order is delivered.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and while we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or logistical issues outside our control. Free delivery is offered on orders above the threshold stated on our website at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our separate Return and Refund Policy, which explains when a return applies and how the process works.

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and details on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or minor product details may occur and are not considered defects.
